As our team continues to support a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced Survey Draftsperson to join our team. Your Opportunity This role is suited to a detail-focused Draftsperson with experience in cadastral and topographical drafting. You will be responsible for preparing accurate plans, drawings, diagrams and survey documentation using CAD software, while working closely with surveyors, engineers, architects and project teams. The role will also involve preparing CSD files where required, sourcing relevant land tenure information, maintaining code tables and templates, and ensuring final plans meet regulatory, quality and project requirements. You will be a good fit for this position if you are organised, technically capable, comfortable working with survey data, and able to produce accurate work within project deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare cadastral and topographical drawings, plans, diagrams and layouts. Create detailed plans using CAD software, including NLR, BricsCAD and LisCAD. Liaise with architects, surveyors and engineers to gather project requirements and design information. Review drawings, sketches and survey documentation with the project team. Calculate dimensions and material requirements where required. Prepare CSD files when required by regulations. Gather and review documents required for land tenure plans. Source relevant data from Landgate, WCWA, Varst Mapping and other required platforms. Update code tables, symbols and line type libraries. Maintain national plan templates. Identify potential operational or drafting issues and assist with practical solutions. Ensure final plans comply with relevant regulations, quality standards and client requirements. Maintain organised records of drawings, survey data and project documentation. About You We are looking for someone with strong drafting ability, good attention to detail and a practical understanding of survey plans and drafting requirements. You will ideally bring: Previous experience as a Draftsperson or in a similar role. Experience in cadastral and/or topographical drafting. Hands-on experience with CAD software, preferably BricsCAD and LisCAD. Familiarity with CSD Editor and NLR Plan. Familiarity with 3D modelling tools. Ability to read, interpret and prepare accurate plans and drawings. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise work.
