With a broad digital portfolio spanning regulatory platforms, provider portals and citizen-facing services, the department delivers at significant scale and complexity. About the role Embedded within a delivery team, you will contribute UX/UI design across the full software development lifecycle. Duties Create wireframes and prototypes for key user flows Conduct usability tests and iterate on findings Raise UX risks through appropriate channels Contribute to design system standards and components Monitor analytics and support continuous improvement Skills and experience Hands-on UX/UI design skills in Figma or Adobe XD WCAG and Digital Service Standard knowledge Federal government project experience Agile delivery team experience Baseline clearance, or ability to obtain Benefits Initial contract to 30 June 2027 Potential for 2 x 12-month extensions Hybrid work, one day per week in Canberra office Meaningful work in health and disability services How to apply Send your CV to calleo.com.au or visit calleo.com.au to learn more about our current opportunities.
