We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our client’s growing team, delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney. The Role As Project Coordinator, you’ll provide responsive, hands-on support across multiple projects, helping ensure delivery milestones are met while maintaining high standards for quality, safety and client experience. You’ll be involved across planning, procurement, site coordination and administration — gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle while playing a critical role in keeping teams aligned and informed. What You’ll Be Doing Project & Administrative Support Maintain project cost plans, budgets and documentation Prepare and distribute meeting minutes within agreed timeframes Manage project filing systems and documentation control Assist Project Managers with scheduling, reporting and coordination Support EH&S documentation tailored to each project Attend site visits and support on-site coordination when required Complete quantity take-offs from design documentation Assist with schedules of rates for tenders and RFPs Collate and present cost information clearly and accurately Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and samples Support vendor negotiations to achieve best value outcomes Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing and approvals Assist with business development presentations and materials Provide ad-hoc support to ensure the smooth running of a busy delivery team About You You’re proactive, organised and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. You take pride in accuracy, communication and follow-through. You’ll bring: Experience in construction, fit-out or design environments is advantageous.
