About the role – Operations Supervisor We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse and logistics team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction. As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations across our warehouse, logistics, and customer service. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, maintaining high safety standards, ensuring on-time deliveries, and supporting continuous improvement across our processes. This position will be based at our Southport Branch. Responsibilities Include: Operations Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics and order fulfilment Lead and mentor the warehouse and yard team, ensuring productivity and safety Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements Liaise with transport companies and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow Leadership Leadership and direction to be provided to all warehouse staff in the company Employees are fully briefed on their job description and know what the company’s expectations are Training needs of all team members are analysed on an individual basis and training programs are implemented to satisfy these needs Encouragement of team members to participate in personal development programs as agreed under the performance review process Skills & Experience Required Current forklift license Strong ability to manage staff and production schedules Excellent time management skills Strong communication skills and ability to reaming calm under pressure Benefits On-the-job training and career development through the Lyndons Academy Team member discounts and employee referral rewards Regular social events – we like to have fun too!
