About The Role: We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Inventory Assistant to support the day-to-day management of purchasing, forecasting, inventory control, and brand operations across a portfolio of leading brands. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with data and systems, and enjoys building strong relationships with both suppliers and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from forecasting and ordering through to retailer delivery. What you’ll be doing: Create and manage purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely stock fulfilment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain stock availability Support forecasting and ordering based on sales trends, lead times, and seasonal demand Maintain product data, pricing, stock information, and reporting within internal systems Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, shipping partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Process claims, credits, stock receipting, and retailer submissions as required Assist with product launches, POS coordination, and brand reporting About you: You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy juggling multiple priorities at once. You’re comfortable working with numbers, systems, and spreadsheets, and you take pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. You’ll ideally bring: Previous experience in inventory, purchasing, supply chain, operations, or administration (1-3 years) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Confidence working with systems, reporting tools, and Excel A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively A flexible mindset and willingness to jump in where needed Why join us?
