Support the process behind the fun! We’re looking for a detail-driven Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement and delivery of product across our venues. Working closely with the Senior National Purchasing Officer, you’ll help ensure the right equipment lands in the right place, on time and on budget. 12 month fixed-term contract What you’ll be doing Own the end-to-end purchasing process – POs, approvals, invoices and tracking Coordinate international shipments with suppliers and freight partners Monitor delivery timelines and provide accurate ETA updates Track shipments from supplier through to venue delivery Support cost-effective sourcing and purchasing decisions Keep internal teams updated on order status and allocations What you bring Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Experience in purchasing, procurement or freight coordination (~2 years ideal) Solid Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and identify improvements Sound like your kind of role?
