About You You’re someone who: Brings a positive attitude and a welcoming presence to every shift Has experience in either bartending, barista work, or café service Enjoys working in a lively, community-based setting Takes initiative and has strong attention to detail Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment Is committed to delivering exceptional customer service – even during busy game days and events What We're Looking For: Experience : Previous experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role is highly regarded. Availability : Ability to commit to flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Certifications : Valid WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement). Food Safety for Food Handlers Certificate. Completion of a Certificate III in Hospitality or a similar qualification is desirable but not essential National Police Clearance required.
