As we expand rapidly across Perth, we’re seeking a driven and highly organised Area Manager (North) to oversee our northern venues and support the rollout of new locations. This role covers City Beach, Scarborough, West Leederville, Karrinyup plus our upcoming venue in Burswood. This is a broad, robust, hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely loves people. You’ll balance strategy with operations, lead multiple teams, support new venue openings, and ensure every guest receives the signature Alchemy experience. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple northern venues Support staffing, planning and preparation for new venue openings Recruit, develop and lead high-performing teams Build strong relationships with staff to enhance engagement and retention Manage rosters, timesheets and booking systems Conduct regular site visits, team check-ins and performance reviews Ensure safety, cleanliness and brand standards are upheld across all venues Manage inventory, stock control and maintenance requests Resolve operational issues and member concerns quickly and effectively Analyse venue performance and identify opportunities for improvement Drive consistency, culture and excellence across every Alchemy location in your region Stay agile - this role requires someone elite at managing competing priorities across venues What We’re Looking For Experience managing multiple venues or large teams (hospitality, fitness, or wellness ideal) A confident people leader who develops others and leads with warmth and accountability Highly organised, solutions-focused, and exceptional at balancing competing priorities Strong operational mindset with the ability to implement systems and resolve issues efficiently Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to streamline processes Adaptable, calm under pressure, and energised by fast growth Excited by the challenge of opening new venues and leading a region through expansion Lead the North.
