We are offering full-time, part-time or casual opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals in a commercial kitchen, adhering to dietary requirements and food safety standards. Demonstrate knowledge of HACCP, food allergies, and food safety protocols. Work autonomously with excellent time management to deliver high-quality meals. Follow policies and procedures, taking instruction from supervisors. Ensure a clean and safe working environment for yourself and others. Show compassion and understanding when working with individuals with mental health challenges. Work with fresh food and ingredients to create nutritious, flavorful meals. Essential Requirements: Recent police clearance. Minimum 4 years of experience in a cooking role. Commercial kitchen experience. HACCP knowledge and food safety certification. Trade qualification or Food Safety Certificate. Strong understanding of dietary requirements and food allergies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
