The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in driving site operations, with a strong focus on fit-out and services coordination, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved. This role suits someone who thrives on being hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused on site. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret construction drawings with confidence Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractor coordination Oversee fit-out and services trades, ensuring works are sequenced and delivered correctly Drive site safety, compliance, and quality outcomes Identify, manage, and close out defects Coordinate and respond to RFIs, working closely with Project Managers Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders on site What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman on commercial builds ($10M projects) Strong understanding of building sequence (fit-out experience highly regarded) Trade background preferred Confident managing services trades – understanding their scope, installation methods, and sequencing Experience using Aconex Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with trades and project teams Proactive approach to problem-solving and site coordination Why Apply?
