This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to step into a leadership role where you will play a key part in shaping projects that contribute meaningfully to South Australia’s future. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will be involved in developments that require strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment, and long-term vision. The Role As Senior Development Manager, you will take ownership of key projects across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to delivery and completion. You will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are strategically aligned and successfully delivered. Your responsibilities will include: Lead development outcomes across planning, design, approvals, and delivery phases Manage feasibility assessments, financial performance, and project budgets Coordinate consultants, contractors, and authorities to drive project progress Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including councils and government agencies Oversee programme, risk management, and delivery strategies across multiple projects Contribute to identifying and progressing new development opportunities Provide leadership and guidance across project teams, supporting strong delivery outcomes Ensure developments align with long-term community, planning, and commercial objectives The Like Mind This role is suited to an experienced Senior Development Manager ready to step into a more senior, leadership-focused position within a business that values collaboration, accountability, and long-term outcomes.
