Their portfolio spans large-scale masterplanned estates, coastal developments, urban infill projects, and complex mixed-use developments, demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse development environments and planning frameworks. With a significant pipeline of projects ranging from large greenfield communities through to inner-urban developments, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a business that offers long-term project exposure and the ability to contribute to developments that shape the future of South Australia. The Role As Development Manager, you will play a key role in managing projects across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to delivery and final outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage developments across all stages including acquisition, feasibility, planning, delivery, and settlement Prepare and oversee development feasibilities, financial modelling, and project budgets Coordinate planning processes, code amendments, and regulatory approvals Work closely with consultants, councils, and government agencies to drive outcomes Manage risk, programme, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects Support infrastructure delivery, civil works coordination, and development staging Identify and pursue new development opportunities aligned with strategic growth Ensure projects are delivered in line with commercial objectives and long-term community outcomes The Like Mind You will be an experienced Development Manager who is comfortable operating across complex and long-term projects, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes across all phases of development. You will ideally have: Experience across residential land, mixed-use, or large-scale developments Strong understanding of South Australian planning frameworks and approval pathways Proven capability in feasibility analysis, budgeting, and financial management Experience working across large-scale or staged developments Strong stakeholder engagement skills across councils, consultants, and delivery partners A collaborative, transparent, and solutions-focused approach A genuine interest in delivering developments that create long-term community value How to Apply Click APPLY or contact Anna Roussos on for a confidential discussion.
