THE ORGANISATION Our client is a well-known Australian business with a strong national presence and a loyal customer base. Around 750 people, a fast-moving commercial environment, and a fun, vibrant office culture that offers flexibility. The workforce comprises a diverse mix of individuals, best suited to an HR Leader who can hold their own across an eclectic mix of stakeholders and personalities. THE ROLE Reporting to the CPO – you will work directly with executive and national leadership teams across the full organisation, leading a team of four. The agenda spans complex ER, change management with a strong focus on AI and productivity, org design, people experience improvements and team development. This is a genuine generalist remit with real breadth and impact. Salary is between $170,000 and $180,000 super with 3 days work from home. THE CANDIDATE To be successful in the role… you are an experienced Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager with strong ER foundations and a track record in fast-paced, commercial environments. You come from media, retail, FMCG, hospitality or a similarly agile industry and are comfortable operating in a lean HR team within a business under 1,000 headcount. You will ideally have partnered with large sales and commercial teams. Preferably, we are looking for experience managing at least 1 direct report. You build credibility quickly with demanding stakeholders, know when to flex on process and when to hold the line, and can move between strategic work and operational delivery without missing a beat.
