Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, is a leading supplier of high-quality flours, yeasts, pre-mixes, improvers, grains and animal nutrition. We're looking for a P&P Advisor to join our People & Performance team on a nine month max‑term basis through to the end of February 2027. Reporting to the Head of People & Performance – Operations & Finance, Commodity & Risk, this role will operate as a senior advisor and provide advisory support across our Milling, Mixing and Yeast sites nationally, as well as the Finance, Commodities and Risk teams. The role will also partner closely with the Business Partner to progress key people initiatives across the portfolio. Key responsibilities of the role include: Acting as a trusted people advisor to leaders across Operations and Finance in complex, operational environments Working in close partnership with the P&P Business Partner to support people outcomes across milling, mixing and yeast sites nationally Providing hands‑on support for organisational change activity, including consultation, communication and implementation Managing and supporting a range of ER/IR matters, with appropriate escalation and risk awareness Supporting leaders with performance management, employee relations and engagement matters Contributing meaningfully to major people and business initiatives, including: Engagement survey debriefing and action planning HRIS implementation Capability and leadership development initiatives Supporting BAU people activities and ad‑hoc advisory support during critical operational and project phases About You This role will suit someone who: Has experience operating at Advisor or Senior Advisor level within People & Performance / HR Has practical exposure to ER/IR matters and enjoys this aspect of the role Is comfortable working with senior operational leaders and multiple stakeholders Enjoys balancing BAU advisory work with project‑based initiatives Thrives in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a proactive and forward‑thinking mindset Is motivated by continuing to build depth in ER/IR, change and advisory capability * Experience in manufacturing, operations or multi‑site environments will be highly regarded.
