About the role The Risk and Social Impact Lead is responsible for designing, embedding and maintaining robust social impact measurement and risk frameworks across RACQ’s Community portfolio. Working closely with Community program owners and delivery partners, this role ensures outcomes are clearly defined, risks are proactively managed, and impact is measured, assured and reported in a way that supports strong governance, learning and decision‑making. You will: Develop and maintain program theories of change, outcomes frameworks and measurement plans. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to produce clear insights, dashboards and impact reporting. Establish data quality, assurance and evidence standards to support consistency and integrity of reporting. Support continuous improvement through evaluation, learning and evidence‑based insights. Identify, assess and monitor key risks across Community programs and partner arrangements. Support the design and implementation of practical controls to manage program, compliance and reputational risks. Partner with program owners to integrate impact and risk considerations into program design and delivery cycles. About you You’re an experienced, purpose‑driven professional with strong analytical capability and the judgement to operate confidently within governance frameworks. You’ll bring: 5 years’ experience in social impact measurement, evaluation, risk or a related role within a community or purpose‑led environment. Strong knowledge of outcomes frameworks, evaluation methodologies and evidence‑based decision‑making. Working understanding of enterprise risk management concepts, governance and controls. Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex data and translate insights into practical recommendations. Well‑developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to influence without authority. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing senior‑level reporting. High levels of judgement, integrity and the ability to work autonomously within governance frameworks.
