Job Description We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven People & Culture Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis, based in our Brisbane CBD Corporate Office. In this role, you will partner with a diverse portfolio of hotels across Australia and New Zealand, delivering end-to-end HR support, practical guidance, and commercially focused advice. You will work closely with a high-performing team of P&C professionals, contributing to a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the business. Key Responsibilities Include: Providing clear, practical HR advice aligned to policy and legislation Building strong stakeholder relationships across a multi-site ANZ portfolio Leading employee relations matters with a balanced, solutions-focused approach Supporting performance and development initiatives to lift capability Driving compliance with employment law, awards, and company standards Supporting labour cost control and workforce management outcomes Assisting with visa and sponsorship processes Contributing to team alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement
