On behalf of TWS Wardrobes & Showers, we are excited to invite applications for a passionate and skilled full-time Glazier to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, repair and replacement of glass components used in custom wardrobes, shower screens, mirrors and splashbacks across residential and commercial projects. The role supports the delivery of bespoke fit-out solutions, requiring precision measurement, cutting and installation of glass in accordance with client specifications and project requirements. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Measure, mark and cut glass to size for use in shower screens, mirrors, wardrobe doors and splashbacks. Install and fit glass panels, sliding mirror doors, shower screens and related hardware in residential and commercial properties. Remove and replace damaged or defective glass components, ensuring minimal disruption to existing structures and finishes. Assemble and install prefabricated glass systems, including framed and frameless shower screens and mirrored wardrobe units. Prepare surfaces and apply sealants, adhesives and fixing systems to secure glass panels in accordance with safety standards. Interpret job sheets, drawings and specifications to determine glass dimensions, fittings and installation requirements. Handle and transport glass safely, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures. Conduct on-site measurements and adjustments to ensure accurate fit and alignment of custom glass installations. Inspect completed installations to ensure quality, functionality and compliance with Australian Standards. Liaise with installers, cabinet makers and site teams to coordinate installation works within project timelines. Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and organised condition Qualifications and Skills: Trade qualification in Glass and Glazing (Certificate III or equivalent), or at least three years of relevant work experience in substitution. Demonstrated experience in glass cutting, installation and fit-off of shower screens, mirrors and wardrobe systems. Strong ability to read plans, take precise measurements, and deliver accurate, high-quality installations. Confident with hardware fit-off, including frameless and semi-frameless glass systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on-site. Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $76,000 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
