If you live in Bundaberg or surrounds, are motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences, and are ready to engage with heart, this full-time, permanent role could be your next move. You’ll work across a diverse mix of pubs, clubs and retail customers, from independently owned venues through to group and national accounts. No two days are the same, and success comes from building genuine relationships, understanding customer needs and finding solutions that create value. What you'll do: Deliver against sales targets and drive great execution across your territory. Pursue new business opportunities while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers across a broad customer base, from local operators to larger group accounts. Understand your customers’ goals and deliver tailored solutions that create value for both them and LION. Represent LION with passion, bringing our brands to life through activations, displays, merchandising and in-venue execution that connects with consumers. Engage with customers, run training, tastings and events, and create experiences that leave a lasting impression. Keep things running smoothly with strong organisation, reporting and territory management. What you'll bring: Sales or customer-facing experience with an understanding of the sales process and relationship management. Confidence engaging with a broad mix of customers. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, build trust and tailor solutions to customer needs. A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to achieve targets and grow your territory. Experience in liquor, FMCG, retail, hospitality, pharma or another customer-led industry is welcomed. Alcohol industry experience isn’t essential!
