About the Role As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in leading key accounting functions while providing valuable commercial insights to clients. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants, fostering a positive and high-performing culture Prepare and review tax returns for companies, trusts, SMSFs and individuals Prepare and analyse financial statements across a range of entities Build strong, lasting client relationships through proactive tax and business advisory services Oversee key financial processes, including month-end, budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting and internal controls Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes Skills & Experience CA or CPA qualified, with proven experience in public practice Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others Excellent communication and client engagement abilities Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-driven approach Strong attention to detail with a personable and professional manner Committed to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry changes Why Join This Firm?
