You'll join a finance function of around 15, working closely with senior leaders who have great experience in scaling teams, improving standards, and building something that runs well. If you like clarity and being around people who know what they're doing, this will suit you. Your Role: You'll take ownership of the core financial accounting pieces: Month-end: reconciliations, journals, accruals Financial reporting in line with AASB Tax compliance (BAS, PAYG, payroll tax) Supporting audits without scrambling for answers Managing the fixed asset register and depreciation Getting involved in budgets and forecasts Improving controls and tightening processes where needed Contributing to system improvements What You'll Bring: You'll be someone who thrives in a high-performing team and wants to push their career to greater heights.
