Join a well-regarded advisory group supporting both private clients and partner businesses across SMSF administration and property accounting. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be involved in end-to-end fund support, reporting, and broader accounting assistance in a collaborative environment. About the role Provide day-to-day support across a portfolio of SMSFs and assist with property management accounting. This role offers strong exposure to compliance, reporting, and client-focused work, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and detail-oriented tasks. SMSF administration & compliance: Maintain data in Simple Fund 360, complete reconciliations, support EOY compliance through to tax agent handover, and prepare funds for audit Reporting & advisory support: Assist with monthly client reporting, investment reporting (Praemium), and provide ad hoc SMSF support across 2 businesses Property accounting support: Data entry in MRI, generate lease charges, assist with prepayments and accruals, and support basic monthly reporting About you Experience in SMSF administration or accounting support Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately Confident working across multiple systems (or willingness to learn) Team-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude What’s on offer Hybrid opportunity Broad exposure across SMSFs and property accounting Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to develop across multiple advisory businesses Apply Now!
