Project Engineer Location: Townsville, QLD Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 Super Vehicle About the Company Our client is a growing civil contractor delivering subdivision and infrastructure projects across Townsville, Queensland. With several projects currently underway and additional work secured, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team with motivated Site Engineers and Project Engineers. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for driven engineers who are keen to learn, develop, and grow within a supportive project team. The role will involve working closely with Supervisors and Project Managers across subdivision and civil infrastructure projects. The client is open to candidates at either Site Engineer or Project Engineer level who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to develop. Key Responsibilities Assist with project delivery across civil subdivision and infrastructure projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction plans Support QA documentation including ITPs, inspections, and lot records Assist with programming, planning, and reporting Manage RFIs, variations, and site documentation Monitor project progress, safety, and quality outcomes Work collaboratively with site teams to resolve issues efficiently About You Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification Experience within subdivision, roads, earthworks, drainage, or civil infrastructure projects Strong attitude and willingness to learn and develop Able to read plans and think proactively onsite Strong communication and organisational skills Team-oriented with a hands-on approach Open to working across different project scopes including future landfill and DTMR projects What's on Offer $90k - $140k super vehicle depending on experience Opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders and mentors Long-term career growth and development Exposure to diverse civil infrastructure projects Strong project pipeline and stable workload For more information on the position, apply directly or reach out to lhpartners.com.au
