Civil Supervisor Location: Townsville, QLD Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 Super Vehicle About the Company Our client is a growing civil contractor delivering subdivision and infrastructure projects across Townsville, Queensland. With multiple live projects and a strong pipeline of future works, they are continuing to expand their delivery team. Current and upcoming projects include residential subdivisions, with future opportunities across landfill and DTMR-related infrastructure works. The Role Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint experienced Civil Supervisors to oversee day-to-day site operations across subdivision and civil infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can drive productivity, manage crews effectively, and work closely with Project Engineers and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations across civil projects Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors, and materials Drive programme outcomes and maintain productivity on site Ensure works are completed to specification and safety standards Read and interpret drawings and construction plans Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site coordination meetings Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and subcontractors Assist with quality control, scheduling, and problem solving onsite Support delivery across varying scopes of works as required About You Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor within subdivision or civil infrastructure projects Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, pavements, and utilities Able to read plans and confidently resolve site issues independently Positive attitude with strong leadership and communication skills Open-minded and adaptable across different project scopes Strong commitment to safety and quality delivery What's on Offer Long-term opportunity with secured pipeline of work Diverse project exposure including subdivisions, landfill, and DTMR works Supportive and growing team environment Opportunity to grow with the business For more information on the position, apply directly or reach out to lhpartners.com.au
