About the role A Gabrielli Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Townsville, Queensland. As a full-time Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of on-site operations. What you'll be doing Collaborating with the project management team to plan and schedule construction activities, allocate resources, and optimize workflows Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to guide the implementation of construction activities Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress, quality control, and safety compliance Providing technical support and guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders as required Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices What we're looking for A keen, positive attitude with enthusiasm to learn, grow professionally, and actively contribute as a collaborative team player.
