Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Junior Administration/Reception to join our friendly team at our Collinswood office. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls and emails Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors Provide exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing Enter data into Buildxact and MYOB accounting software Order and maintain office supplies Provide personal assistance to management and office support to staff Coordinate couriers and deliveries Maintain office records, files, and documentation General administrative duties and day-to-day office coordination The ideal candidate will have: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Buildxact, and MYOB (preferred) Excellent customer service and communication skills A professional phone manner and well-groomed appearance Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team A current driver’s licence (essential) You will work closely with our director, and full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
