Brand Operations Coordinator – Randall Wine Group We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Operations Coordinator to join the Randall Wine Group. The Randall Wine Group has significant vineyard holdings across most growing regions in South Australia. The largest producer of luxury bulk wine, we are also famous for our wine brands, Penny’s Hill Wines in McLaren Vale, Gemtree Wines in McLaren Vale and Seppeltsfield Wines in the Barossa. This full-time position, based in McLaren Vale , will support the day-to-day operational, administrative and supply chain requirements across the Randall Wine Group portfolio, including Seppeltsfield, Penny’s Hill, Gemtree, The Black Chook, Thomas Goss and One Pound Per Acre. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Brands, this role is responsible for supporting domestic distribution activities, maintaining operational systems and coordinating administration across multiple departments to ensure efficient processes and strong customer satisfaction across our branded wine portfolio. Working closely with a passionate, dedicated small team, the successful candidate will coordinate purchase orders and stock movements, maintain the Wine Club and DTC platforms, support product launches and vintage roll transitions, assist with product assets and wine show administration, and provide general operational support across the business. This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities across systems, suppliers, and stakeholders. Experience within the wine industry or a similar product-based business will be highly regarded. Key Skills & Experience: • Prior experience in dispatch, logistics or administration, ideally within the wine industry • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Ability to multitask across systems and databases • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently • Current driver’s licence Please apply via SEEK with a Cover Letter and your CV.
