About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Program Coordinator (APS6) to support a national mental health service delivering critical programs to veterans and their families. This role plays a key part in coordinating outreach providers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible mental health services across Australia. You will work within a collaborative clinical environment, supporting service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous program improvement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage outreach program providers, including clinicians and facilitators Act as the primary liaison point, providing guidance, onboarding, and ongoing support Monitor provider performance against quality and safety frameworks Manage referrals, stakeholder relationships, and program communications Respond to and resolve provider or client concerns and complaints Support delivery of group programs, workshops, and community engagement initiatives Maintain accurate provider records and support operational reporting Contribute to evaluation, continuous improvement, and service development initiatives About You You are a confident and adaptable professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex service environments. You will demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sound judgement and problem-solving capability Experience coordinating programs or service delivery in a clinical or community setting Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Essential Requirements You must meet one of the following: Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Nurse (AHPRA) Qualified Social Worker eligible for AASW membership Qualified Counsellor with ACA Level 4 registration Additional requirements: Working with Children / Vulnerable People clearance Australian Citizenship Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance Why Apply?
