Key Responsibilities Conduct intake, screening, and suitability assessments for participants Coordinate day-to-day delivery of a multi-region program trial Prepare reports on progress, risks, and outcomes for leadership Engage stakeholders including clinicians, partners, and program teams Support promotion and participant engagement activities Maintain accurate records and support program evaluation processes Skills & Experience Clinical experience in mental health counselling or assessment Strong coordination and project management capabilities Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail Experience in reporting, documentation, and data tracking Understanding of trauma-informed or client-centred service delivery Mandatory Requirements Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Nurse with AHPRA OR Social Worker with AASW membership upon commencement OR Master’s-qualified counsellor (PACFA or ACA Level 3/4) Demonstrated experience delivering counselling in mental health settings Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
