Our commitment to both our team and our community makes us an employer of choice in North Queensland. The Opportunity We're seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to join our growing team. What We Are Looking For · Be the primary point of contact, support, and escalation pathway for clinic team leaders across all locations · Monitor and drive operational performance including revenue, accounts receivable, throughput, and service delivery standards across all sites · Oversee rostering, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage and efficient utilisation across the business · Contribute to the development and monitoring of operational budgets and expenditure targets · Implement and monitor standard operating procedures and operational policies across all sites · Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency and client experience · Provide regular operational performance reporting · Create improvements and efficiencies to our clinics What you Offer · Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate and support team success · Accountability to implement actions and deliver outcomes. · Adaptable to respond positively and proactively to organisational change. · You can demonstrate flexibility and ability to prioritise in a fast-changing environment. Essential Experience/Knowledge · Clinical experience in a veterinary practice environment · Demonstrated experience in multi-site operational management, in a healthcare, veterinary, or professional services clinical environment · Proven ability to lead, coach, and support distributed teams across multiple locations · Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure · Experience in rostering, resource planning, and workforce management · Sound financial acumen including budget management and performance reporting · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems · Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively across North Queensland.
