We are now seeking a highly capable Workforce Planning Lead to support and drive critical workforce initiatives during a period of operational transformation. About the Role In this leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy and building robust planning capability across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders across centralised and decentralised teams, you will act as a subject matter expert on rostering, workforce management systems, and operational workforce optimisation. Key focus areas include: Assist with key workforce / roster changes Review and alignment of workforce management principles Review and implementation of revised leave management processes Align ANACC with changing care minute requirements SME for rostering / workforce management system implementation Future workforce planning and resource forecasting This is a unique and exciting opportunity to influence future workforce design, streamline workforce management processes, and guide organisation‑wide rostering improvements. About You We are looking for an experienced workforce planning professional who brings strategic insight and operational understanding. You will ideally bring: Experience in a comparable strategic workforce planning role. Demonstrated success in planning and executing workforce change initiatives. Strong understanding of best practice rostering principles, with experience applying them across a mix of centralised and decentralised teams. Ability to implement revised business processes to drive efficiency and consistency. Strong engagement and communication skills, including the ability to partner effectively with external staffing suppliers. Previous involvement in the implementation of HCM, WFM, or Payroll systems, ideally in a lead or SME capacity. Why Join Us?
