We have an opening for an HR and Admin Assistant (Part-Time Contract) role to provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support to Adelaide Site. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient HR processes and ensuring smooth office operations. What will this role do? Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, conduct initial screening, reference checks as required, and candidate communication. Coordinate onboarding processes, including induction scheduling and documentation ensuring smooth and positive onboarding experience. Support probation tracking and reminders, maintain employee files and ensure audit readiness. Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensure data integrity and support payroll data input and coordination with payroll team. Track key HR metrics such as headcount, retention rate, training hours and recruitment status. Coordinate non-GMP training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and record keeping and support the administration of development programs and initiatives. Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and site activities which include assist in organising company events, recognition programs, and communications. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required and identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes and efficiency. Contribute to building a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture. Providing general administrative support to the site including liaising with all levels of internal stakeholders, preparing Power Point Presentation, documentation scanning, storage management and overseeing the general up-keep of the office building. What are the qualifications? Minimum 2 - 3 years of HR and Admin industry experience. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. Basic understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook. What attributes are we seeking?
