The Opportunity We are seeking a highly analytical Commercial Analyst to partner with our Sales, Marketing, and New Product Development teams to support business growth and profitability. In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis across sales channels, segments, and product performance, helping to identify risks, opportunities, and key commercial drivers. Provide commercial and sales analytics to support data-driven decision making across Sales, Marketing, and NPD Build and maintain reporting on sales channels, product performance, and market/competitor trends Support development of commercial tools including trade investment, distribution analysis, and field force reporting Contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes as a commercial partner Deliver month-end reporting including sales reconciliation, trade spend, and margin analysis Support financial assessment of tenders, proposals, and business opportunities Assist with preparation of reports, insights, and presentations for stakeholders What you’ll bring Qualification in Business, Commerce, or related discipline Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and Power BI skills Experience working with large data sets and turning data into clear commercial insights Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and present complex information Curious, proactive mindset with the ability to ask the right questions and translate data into actionable insight Strong communication skills and ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders Why Noumi?
