Leading a team of Corporate Receptionists, you will set the tone for service excellence, build strong relationships with business leaders, and ensure every interaction reflects the very best of Findex. Your role, your contribution Lead, coach and develop a team of Corporate Receptionists Own front-of-house operations, standards and procedures Be the primary escalation point for front desk and facilities Partner with business leaders on VIP visitor and event requirements Drive continuous improvement in client service and office presentation Manage scheduling, rostering and coverage across all locations The benefits of joining us Structured leadership programs and development pathways, with coaching and learning support.
