This is a newly created role designed to support the continued growth of the business by providing dedicated operational and administrative coordination support to Greentech Managers and broader business operations. Working closely with regional leadership, this position offers a diverse mix of administration, operations coordination, stakeholder engagement, and business support responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a permanent full-time role based in Thornleigh, NSW. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to Managers across the region Coordinating vehicle administration, fuel cards, expenses, and related operational requirements Assisting with marketing coordination and regional business support activities Supporting supplier relationship management, including meeting coordination and ongoing communication Assisting with WHS compliance documentation and administrative processes to support regional teams Coordinating customer engagement activities including meetings, lunches, events, and client hospitality initiatives Providing general business coordination support to improve operational efficiency across the regional team Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely follow-up and smooth execution of tasks Supporting ad hoc operational, administrative, and commercial initiatives as required by the Regional Manager What you’ll need to succeed: Previous experience in hospitality, recruitment, real estate, operations support, administration, or customer-facing coordination roles would be highly regarded Confident and professional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities High attention to detail and accuracy across all administrative tasks Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and systems efficiently Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making ability Resilient, composed, and able to remain professional under pressure Current driver’s licence required Your new company Greentech is a national leader in solar and energy storage distribution, proudly part of MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) – one of Australia’s largest and most successful trade distribution groups.
