We specialise in private-label skincare and haircare, producing high-quality Australian-made products for emerging and established brands. We’re looking for an experienced Chemistry Technician to join cosmetic formulations team. This hands-on role involves formulating, compounding, batching, and supporting production across lotions, serums, haircare, and personal-care products. Key Responsibilities Compound and manufacture bulk skincare and haircare products Accurately weigh and dispense raw materials Assist our Formulations Chemist with batching and product development Support filling, capping, labelling, and dispatch Maintain GMP standards and a clean, safe production environment About You 2 years’ experience in cosmetic manufacturing Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise SOPs Hands-on compounding or batching experience Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg Reliable, proactive, and able to work across different production tasks
