About Worklocker Worklocker is a rapidly growing Australian workwear and safety franchise, built on strong operational foundations, practical support and genuine partnerships with our franchise partners. As our network expands nationally, we’re investing in hands-on operational leadership to ensure every store transition and launch is executed well, not just planned well. The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Field Operations Managers to play a critical, blended office and field-based role in supporting stores as they transition into the Worklocker franchise model and embed new systems, processes and ways of working. This isn’t a role that ends at go-live. You’ll stay connected to your stores through a structured post-implementation support program. Maintaining regular check-ins, coaching franchise partners through the stabilisation phase and ensuring stores are genuinely embedded before handover to business-as-usual support. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and the broader operations team, splitting your time between the Support Office in Burleigh Heads and being on the ground in stores across the national network. What You’ll Be Doing Store Transition & In-Store Training Lead the hands-on transition of existing stores into the Worklocker franchise model Deliver in-store training to franchise partners, store managers and teams across systems, processes, franchise standards and compliance Work side-by-side with teams to embed new ways of working, not just train once and leave Identify capability gaps early and provide coaching and retraining as needed Post-Implementation Support & Stabilisation Own a structured post-go-live support program for each store Maintain regular check-ins with recently transitioned stores Monitor store performance and proactively re-engage where capability gaps or compliance risks emerge Conduct formal progress reviews and document store confidence and compliance levels throughout the support period Hand stores over to BAU support only when they genuinely meet agreed readiness thresholds Operational Execution & Support Act as a trusted on-the-ground operational support contact during transition periods Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time and coordinate solutions with central teams Translate SOPs and frameworks into practical, store-level execution Provide structured feedback from stores to continuously improve systems, training and processes Collaboration Work closely with the operations team to coordinate store coverage, ensure smooth execution of transition plans, share learnings and provide peer support across the national network Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Merchandise and Finance to resolve in-store operational blockers About You You’re a hands-on operator, not a clipboard project manager. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, training teams on the shop floor and working through real-world challenges alongside store owners and their teams. Experience in franchise operations, multi-site retail or network-based businesses Strong in-store training, coaching and capability uplift skills Experience with franchise environments, retail systems, ERP rollouts or project management tools such as Monday.com will be highly regarded. A practical, calm and solutions-focused approach to change and transition High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal awareness Confidence working directly with business owners, managers and store teams Willingness to travel nationally as required Why Join Worklocker?
