This position offers the chance to work in a rapidly expanding industry with the use of the latest technologies in pharmacy services. Located in Bundall, but servicing Nursing Homes across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and Northern NSW, the ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day service of multiple nursing homes, with the help of our experienced team. This would be an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to expand their skills and embark on new challenge. Having a positive disposition, strong communication skills, and an enthusiasm for providing outstanding service levels as well as sound medication knowledge will see the ideal candidate succeed in this role. On the job training in medication management programs and aged care service requirements will be provided. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate: Accurate, timely and efficient dispensing of prescriptions Ability to maintain patient profiles in all programs Liaising with doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals as required Perform under pressure to meet deadlines Accurate and efficient checking of medication sachets prior to delivery Strong administration and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced and harmonious team environment Problem solving skills Strong computer skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service Requirements: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Equivalent with a current AHPRA registration Experience with FRED is preferable but not essential Aged Care experience is preferable but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Self-motivated with desire to achieve a vibrant workplace and deliver exemplary service and solutions to our clientele.
