About The Role We are seeking a motivated, organised and digitally focused Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance our brand’s digital presence across Australasia. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of digital marketing, strong administrative capabilities and a passion for marketing and content coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating dealer campaign activity, scheduling digital content, maintaining brand assets, and supporting ongoing marketing initiatives across web, social and paid advertising platforms. Experience in design, video creation or basic web updates would be highly advantageous. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and capable of coordinating multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital marketing performance and dealer support programs. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, based in our Australasian Head Office located in Yatala, QLD. Duties Scheduling dealer content across social platforms as part of the current dealer opt-in program Planning, implementing, scheduling and monitoring all paid dealer campaigns that are ordered through our internal branded portals, including Google Ads, Meta campaigns and organic social media Providing daily and cumulative reporting across all dealer campaign activity Maintaining ongoing reports of dealer and brand paid campaigns Creating and scheduling content for dealer user groups, allowing dealers to access and share approved content across their own social channels Assisting with the ongoing development of content informed by customer trends, research and high-performing keywords and phrases to optimise digital performance Conducting regular reviews of website pathways, functionality and content to ensure consistency and usability Monitoring and reviewing automation assets currently used for lead reporting and related marketing processes Assisting with basic artwork and design tasks where required Supporting basic website updates using WordPress Assisting with basic Photoshop editing and image preparation Experience supporting video creation and simple animation projects, including logo animations and promotional content, would be advantageous but is not essential.
