We are seeking an highly experienced, organised and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the execution, project management, and performance of our marketing department. This is a full time onsite role, suited to someone who thrives on fast paced, ecommerce environment and understands the demands of scaling a modern beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand. You will play a critical role in driving marketing execution, managing team performance, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision across every customer touchpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with exceptional organisational and project management skills. What You’ll Do: Manage the day-to-day workflow of the marketing team, ensuring priorities are clear and deadlines are met. Translate business and founder vision into clear marketing plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps. Plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions. Own campaign calendars, schedules, and launch coordination across all channels. Lead and manage the performance of the marketing team, including any external agencies and contractors. Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all marketing outputs. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations role. 5 years experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty or consumer brands. Strong understanding of fast-moving digital and direct-to-consumer environments. A proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to balance execution and big-picture thinking. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour, online sales performance, and growth marketing principles. Experience managing launches, promotions, and multi-channel campaigns within a high-volume e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, digital marketing performance, and analytics. Google Ads experience is highly regarded. Confidence working with Shopify, e-commerce platforms, and marketing systems. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and project coordination skills.
