A respected name in visual communication, located in Geelong, is looking for a senior leader to take full ownership of its client and sales function. With more than three decades of delivering design, print, digital, and installation solutions, this is a business built on craft, relationships, and a genuine commitment to excellence. This is not a title role. You'll be hands-on — managing the full client journey from first enquiry through to final delivery, working closely with production and operations, and reporting directly to the business owners. It's the most senior operational position in the company. The role Manage client enquiries and maintain strong ongoing relationships Prepare accurate estimates across print and signage Oversee workflow from enquiry through to delivery Coordinate with the operations manager and production team Liaise with suppliers and manage timelines Ensure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements About you Experience in print and signage — estimating, sales, or account management Strong technical understanding of print and signage production Proven ability to manage workflow and coordinate teams Commercially minded and highly organised Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Candidates from closely related, project-based industries may also be considered, particularly those with strong end-to-end job management experience.
