We currently have Permanent Part-Time opportunities available across PM and Night Duty shifts for experienced and committed Registered Nurses seeking stable hours within a supportive and community-focused environment. About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the clinical care and wellbeing of residents while supporting and guiding the care team to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred care. On a typical shift, you will: Provide clinical care and oversee resident wellbeing Administer medications and complete clinical assessments Respond to changes in resident condition and escalate where required Lead and support PCA and EN staff on shift Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, SIRS and clinical governance requirements Promote a safe, respectful and supportive environment for residents and staff About You To be successful in this role you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 2 years experience within Australian residential aged care Availability to work PM and/or Night Duty shifts across a rotating roster Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Sound understanding of aged care legislation, documentation and compliance requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Current COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations in line with aged care requirements Highly Regarded Experience leading teams on PM or Night Duty Understanding of Croatian culture or ability to speak Croatian Experience with aged care clinical systems and documentation What We Offer Permanent part-time PM and Night Duty shifts with stable ongoing hours Competitive rates under the Aged Care and Nurses Award plus applicable penalties and superannuation Salary packaging benefits available as a not-for-profit organisation Supportive leadership and team environment Ongoing education and professional development opportunities Opportunity to work in a culturally connected and community-focused aged care home Apply Now If you are passionate about aged care and want to work in an organisation that values compassion, accountability and community, we would love to hear from you.
