Borg Group is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HRIS Manager to lead the design, selection, and implementation of a new enterprise HR system. This is a unique opportunity to build an HRIS capability from the ground up, playing a pivotal role in shaping how HR technology enables our people strategy. This role is based full-time onsite at our Head Office in Somersby (5 days per week) , working closely with key business stakeholders to drive a successful transformation. As the HRIS Manager, you will lead a greenfield implementation, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate and select a platform such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and drive end-to-end delivery. You will also build and lead a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to support implementation and ongoing system optimisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end selection and implementation of a new HRIS platform, including vendor evaluation (e.g., Workday or SuccessFactors). Design and establish the HRIS framework, governance model, and system architecture aligned to business needs. Act as the project manager for implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Build, lead, and develop a cross-functional team of SMEs to support deployment and ongoing system management. Drive change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring adoption across all levels of the organisation. Oversee post-implementation optimisation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring to the Role Proven experience leading HRIS implementations, ideally with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Strong project management capability, with experience delivering complex, enterprise-wide technology projects. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams and SME networks.
