Summary: We are seeking experienced Site Installers (Site Riggers & Boilermakers) to join our dynamic team in Wyong, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time position plays a crucial role in the building and construction industry, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of structural components. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, contributing to the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities: Install and assemble structural steel components according to engineering specifications and safety regulations. Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential challenges. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion. Perform quality checks on installations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Provide training and support to junior team members as required. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Installer, Site Rigger, or Boilermaker in the building and construction industry. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications. Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.
