About the Role Kelsian Group is seeking a Procurement Systems, Data & Reporting Lead to join our Corporate team. This role is responsible for the maintenance, governance and continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain data, Workday procurement processes and procurement reporting across the Group. The primary focus is ensuring supplier, purchase item, inventory item, catalogue, pricing and related procurement data is accurate, complete, controlled and available for reliable reporting and operational use. The role will also support Workday Procurement, Workday Strategic Sourcing, Inventory and related procurement processes, including the flow of approved master data from Workday to downstream operational systems used by our operating businesses. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain procurement and supply chain master data in Workday, including suppliers, purchase items, inventory items, catalogue items, pricing records and supplier/item relationships. Maintain data standards, naming conventions, classifications and required fields to support purchasing, receipting, invoice matching, inventory activity and reporting. Monitor data quality and coordinate correction of duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or incorrectly classified records. Lead data cleansing, uplift and rectification activities. Develop, maintain and improve procurement and supply chain reports, dashboards and data extracts. Report on supplier spend, purchase order compliance, catalogue usage, pricing accuracy, open purchase orders, receipting issues, invoice matching issues and master data quality. Act as the Corporate Procurement business owner for relevant Workday procurement and supply chain processes. Work with Workday support teams, IT and external partners to review system changes, enhancements and issue resolution. Work with operational leaders who own downstream systems receiving supplier, item and procurement data from Workday. Chair the Procurement and Supply Chain Systems Centre of Excellence on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. About You You will have strong procurement, supply chain, data, reporting or ERP experience and be confident working across procurement, finance, IT and operational teams. You will bring: strong understanding of procurement and supply chain data; experience maintaining supplier, item, catalogue, inventory, pricing or procurement-related data; strong reporting, data analysis and problem-solving capability; ability to maintain accurate data in a controlled ERP environment; ability to translate business requirements into practical system, data or reporting outcomes; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; clear communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Workday Procurement, Workday Strategic Sourcing or Workday Inventory is desirable. Power BI, dashboarding, SQL exposure or experience with downstream operational systems would also be advantageous but is not essential. Special Conditions This role may require occasional travel to operational sites and support during ERP releases, audit or major system change periods.
