Your new role Due to increased demand, a temporary opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement & Fleet Officer to join the team for an initial 3-4 month assignment, commencing in early June. You will provide operational support across procurement activities and fleet coordination, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with internal frameworks. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing and supplier engagement Ensure compliance with organisational policies and governance requirements Support the management of fleet operations including vehicle acquisition, maintenance and servicing Monitor fleet usage and costs, identifying efficiencies where possible Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions Maintain accurate records and reporting across procurement and fleet systems What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain roles Exposure to fleet management or asset coordination (highly regarded) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working in government, healthcare or not-for-profit environments will be highly regarded.
