The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Equipment Coordinator to join our team. As the Equipment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting employee development, maintaining a safe, productive work environment and assist with ensuring our site and client requirements are achieved. The Equipment Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Equipment Manager & Administration team in a Newman based Workshop. This is a system-based role using various integrated platforms to manage plant & equipment fleet of approximately 600 assets. We aim for constant improvement and development and value input from all team members which makes for an exciting and dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with coordinating mechanics for site work, both planned and critical breakdowns/emergent works Coordinating with mechanics and sites for parts ordering, service & maintenance scheduling Maintaining service & equipment registers Assist with coordinating equipment transport between job fronts, both scheduled and critical breakdowns/emergent works Maintaining service & equipment registers Assist with coordinating day to day operations of a busy workshop Assist with parts ordering, goods received and invoice reconciliation Assist with team time management Skills required: Excellent time management & organisational skills Ability to work under time constraints Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Data entry skills to assist onsite admin role Competent in use of Outlook, Word and Excel (and Safety Culture/iAuditor would be a desirable) Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Previous experience in workshop coordination, administration, or a similar role desirable Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain a high level of organization. Knowledge of safety and inventory management in a workshop setting desirable.
