Job Description About the role We are seeking a Reservations All Rounder (full-time position; 38 hours per week) to join our dynamic team. In this versatile role, you will be the backbone of our reservations department, handling a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure seamless booking experiences for our guests. As an all-rounder, you will support multiple functions within the reservations team while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and operational efficiency. Process and manage guest reservations across multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms Provide comprehensive customer support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in our booking systems and databases Handle payment processing and verify booking confirmations with guests Coordinate with other departments including housekeeping, front desk, and management to ensure smooth operations Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests with flexibility and attention to detail Support team members across various reservations functions and provide backup coverage as needed Identify and resolve booking discrepancies and guest concerns promptly Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotional offerings Contribute to team goals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
