Position: Client & Rental Administration About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised administrator to join our team. This is a varied role where you’ll support day-to-day operations, work closely with clients, and help keep the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient support to clients Coordinate equipment bookings and assist with asset management on Rentman (full training provided) Manage documents, logistics, and key deadlines Support financial administration, including oversight of invoicing, quotations, and accurate record-keeping in collaboration with the accounts team Maintain accurate client and business records Support the leadership with daily administrative tasks Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and partners Assist with payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant legislation and internal procedures Help maintain an organised and well-run office Support workplace health & safety and company policies What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of administration experience Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Confident communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Why Apply?
