Facilities and Venue Operations Coordinator, Facilities and Venue Operations Employment Type: Temporary with possibility of ongoing employment Employment period : 9 months Classification / Grade / Band: Clerk Grade 5/6 Remuneration: $99,938 - $110,271; plus, Superannuation and Leave Loading Location: Sydney CBD, onsite five days a week, with a flexible roster between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm Applications Close: Thursday 28 May 2026 at 9:59am Your day as a Facilities and Venue Operations Coordinator As a Facilities and Venue Operations Coordinator , your typical day-to-day work will include: supporting the planning, organisation, and coordination of day-to-day facilities and venue operations to ensure business continuity and service standards are maintained acting as the first point of contact for facilities and front-of-house inquiries, providing timely information to staff and stakeholders, resolving routine matters and escalating complex issues as needed logging and tracking maintenance requests and coordinating repairs with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring work orders are coordinated and followed through to completion liaising with vendors, ensuring contractor compliance with safety and scope, and maintaining accurate operational records.
