We are looking for experienced high care disability Support Workers in Fremantle to help individuals to live independently. What the day looks like You will support people in your local area and neighboring suburbs by; Helping someone get ready for the day by providing personal care, (bathing, toileting and grooming) Supporting with housekeeping (sweeping, mopping and general cleaning) Assisting with meals (shopping, preparing and cooking) These shifts are higher care and your experience will provide the following supports: Tracheostomy care and suctioning Gastrostomy (PEG) feeding and medication administration Ventilator support and oxygen therapy Why us: Guaranteed hours per fortnight Paid training and support Local work without long travel This is steady, meaningful work.
